I had my OR interview on the 4th July. When should i expect to receive confirmation of the outcome of the interview??? I was told he had no interest in my car or my wifes car and that an IPA would not be forthcoming. I would just feel better when i see it in writing. |

I would have thought they would make contact with you over the next couple of weeks, but as most OR offices around the country appear to be overstretched, it could take a little longer. It is great news for you that your car and disposable income are safe - as I do remember how worried you were in your very early posts.

Hi hammy
You should get a letter confirming your car being exempt property in the next few weeks. The examiner has to report to creditors within 28 days of the order being made, the file is then passed to the administration team who send out all the letters, so it can take a few weeks before the administration team get to it.

Hi Hammy,
After my telephone interview, I heard nothing for 5 months when I received my early discharge questionairre. Sometimes, no news is really good news!

I also had my phone interview on 4th July and I must admit that I feel that I can't relax because I don't know what is going on.
I have had 1 letter and IPA to sign but this was for my NIL Tax only didn't get any other IPA.
I am also working on the assumption that no news is good news.

Hammy and Tess,
Try not to be too concerned. The OR will be in touch if they need anything else! Try to put it behind you for now and focus on a future without debt!
