does anyone know roughly how long it takes for someone to contact you after your 1st telephone interview? The OR mentioned sending an 'Agreement' out in the post and someone else would be dealing with the outgoings etc? Is the agreement for the NIL Tax Code?

Also with regards to the Tax, when and how do you forward it to OR?

thanks

The OO will usually call to make an appointment for a longer telephone interview.

The Tax is paid directly to you as your tax code is now NT . the firm of solicitors called Clark Willmot & Clark collect this amount monthly on behalf of the OR and will be in touch in due course to let you know how to make the monthly payments

They should usually contact you within a couple of weeks, but the Insolvency Service are very stretched and understaffed at the moment so it could take a little longer. It sounds as if they are going to assess you for an Income Payments Agreement - which may well include the NIL tax code provisions.

With regard to the payment of tax, you will be required to pay this in monthly instalments at the time your salary is paid.

It is a voluntary agreement between you and the OR to pay an affordable monthly payment to him/her for the benefit of your creditors. This has been further discussed in your other thread.
