Myself & my husband have been declared BR with approx 250000 worth of debt!!! Will we be punished more than someone who had alot less debt? We have our OR meeting next week & are terrified. HELP!!
Not necessarily - why should you be if the reasons for the debt are genuine? I assume that you have had a failed business which has led to the size of your aggregate debt?
