Hi,

Any advice on completing this? - it seems worse than the statement of affairs. I appreciate it's the legal element, but I'm not sure what to put for the reasons for bankruptcy (point 2 - just before point 3 which says 'I am unable to pay my debts'), and not sure if I need to put my work on this form (if I was self-employed I know I would put the details in, but for normal employed work I'm not sure).

Any advice appreciated.

Ade

Just keep the reasons brief - bullet points are fine - detailing the reasons which caused you to stop being able to service your debts on time.
