Hello,

I was just wondering. I went Bankrupt Nov 07 - and shoudl be automatically discharged in Nov 08. Does that mean that if I brought as house in Nov after the date of my discharge then the OR wouldnt have any interest in it.

Basically once I am discharged, can I do buy whatever I want? I am not under an IPO/IPA.....

In this instance, once you are discharged, you are free and clear to do whatever you want.
