Hi,

I have had a letter confirming my creditors meeting in August. I am conscious of the fact that I will be away for 2 weeks (a caravan holiday in UK...nothing extravagant!), about 4 days after the event.

Do I need to inform the OR office that I am away, as I imagine I will be called upon by my appointed trustee - or will be required to action something in those 2 weeks. Also, will I be in trouble for taking a holiday.

Thanks i

You do not have to advise the OR that you are away on holiday, but if you feel that they will need to get hold of you during the period you are away there is no harm in advising them out of courtesy.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com
