Hello again everyone,
My court date is tomorrow and I have informed the majority of my creditors what I am doing. Most of them have asked that I contact them after tomorrow and let them know the reference number of the petition. Is this something I have to do or will the OR not do this?
It seems to take an eternity to get through to them and I was looking forward to a weekend away at my Mum's as I have been so stressed about this it seems for ages.

Hi mst no you are not obliged to inform your creditors. As you say, the OR will be in contact with them in any case.
Although it, for me, was quite a pleasurable experience. Ringing them up, giving them the details and knowing that would be the last I would hear from them. It was great!!! |

I didn't tell any of them, apart from Littlewoods who wouldn't leave me alone until the OR had notified them twice, and I'd sent 2 copies of the BR order!
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.
