Hi all,

We have been informing our creditors as they have been calling of our plans to petition for BR. Most companies are saying they won't call till a given date, which they seem to be sticking to, but others are saying they will continue to call until they hear from our OR. Is there anything we can do to stop them hassling us like this or is it somethig we just have to 'grin and bear' until we have gathered the funds for BR?

Thanks,

I

Hi Ian
as you say, some creditors will give a short period during which they will not make contact. Others take the view that "saying" you will be petitioning for your own BR may just be a ploy for a break from the daily contact some make.
I'm afraid you are likely to continue to receive calls and letters from those creditors until you can supply them with your BR number and the details of the OR office dealing with your case.

Assisting where I can.
