hi i was wondering if you can get the monthley payments reduced on the bankrupcy payment plan as we are struggling due to increased cost of living?

Hi lisa
after an IPO/IPA is set according to your I/E at that time it is possible for either to be increased or decreased as your income and/or expenditure increases or decreases. Contact your examiner who will explain what to do.
