I rent a shop but the business is failing badley and I cannot pay anymore rent My landlord will not relese me from it and I am trying to assign it but not getting any buyers with no income I am now considering banckruptcy but I own a home with my husband and we have equity of around 50.000 I am afraid the court will take our home Please Help

How much is the rent per month and how many months are left?

Also, do you have any other business, personal debt?
