Hi carla.h & welcome to the forum,
unless you divulge this information to the OR he's not going to know but for the sake of arguement, is the compensation claim for loss of earnings or injury or both????
And are you in an IPA?

Assisting where I can.

If you have been discharged from bankruptcy, the OR has no claim to your compensation.

Hi

If the compensation is for loss of earnings then the OR would have a claim on this, as it is earnings that would have made a contribution to creditors while you were bankrupt. Personal injury compensation is excluded from bankruptcy.
