hi suzanne, thank you for quick reponse, doesnt my oh have to include the mortgage and our secured loan on his bk forms, i am finding it all a little confusing at the moment, am i resposible for half of council tax,water rates, gas, electric etc, all other debt was in oh name only, ie credit cards loans etc although my salary was used in theory to enable them, thought it was going to be quite straight forward,but worrying now many thanks |

He has to include all debts in his and joint names in the forms, utilities in your name would only be included for the income and expenditure. In terms of the utilities they will pro-rata his contribution to the household expenditure based on the proportion of income he brings in.

Yes he has to list the mortgage and secured loan in the forms even though they are in joint names.
