I Have been unable to find any info on time scales of a bankrupcy
these are mine :-
made bankrupt Dec 2006, visit I.P March 2007, frozen accounts March 2007, visit I.P again May 2007, discharged Dec 2007, open basic bank account feb 2008, paper advetisement March 2008, creditors claims closed april 2008, received some modey back!! July2008, closure unknown.......
the I.P dont/wont give you any information like this!!!!
now working with the CAB to get a closure.
they will bleed you dry
and still want some more! |
