I am in court on Tuesday I have done 3 copies of my forms and managed to include 12 months statements, how many copies do I hand into the court? and does the court give a copy to the OR or do I need to provide that.
Hi Sueann take the 3 copies to the court and hand them all over to the clerk. The court will retain one, the court will pass one to the OR and the 3rd will be handed back to you bearing your personal bankruptcy number and confirming the court has declared you bankrupt.
