Hi thanks for all the help so far.
My case was in the paper yesterday and at work it was all the talk of the office as you would expect. But so called colleagues who I do not get on with were saying things like "I must of known what I was doing" and that because I had built up most of my debt after moving house I bought things knowing that I was going BR.
I do not mind what people say about me but there are one or two people who do not like me at all and I am worried that they might inform the OR and tell him these things that are not true.
Would the OR take any notice and investigate further. I supplied all my statements and everything the OR asked of me as I have nothing to hide and in my interview the OR was happy with what I sent.
Many thanks if you could help calm a few nerves.

Don't worry Daisy33.
Unless a claim by a 3rd party can be substantiated stupid phone calls will not affect you.

Assisting where I can.

Hi Daisy

The OR often gets malicious calls from disgruntled creditors etc, but will always say 'put it in writing and provide some proof'. There is nothing they can do without some form of proof and the OR recognises that not everyone has others best interests at heart.
