I think I will become BR shortly. However I am unemployed at the moment. What happens if I am unemployed while I am BR?

Hi mike.b & welcome to the forum
the very short answer to your question is nothing.
The OR cannot force anyone to work. If you should find employment during your bankruptcy period then your earnings are measured against your living costs and where there is sufficient surplus income you will be required to pay some of the surplus to the OR on a monthly basis and for up to 3 years.
