Well as of 10:40am this morning I am officially BR, I was well nervous when I saw the Judge but it was over with in about 2 minutes. What a weight off my mind now got to wait for the OR to contact me.

My one was done yesterday and like you im waiting on the OR meeting etc now.
I feel so relieved now, and this site has been my lifeline.
Good luck with it all, let us know how you get on.
It felt so great this morning cos i had letters from my OLD CREDITORS and i thought in a nice way "I GOT THERE FIRST!"
I have had the immense pressure lifted from me like a balloon and WOW its truely amazing.
Really i wish i had done it ages ago, but i wanted to try and deal with it and in the end i could not.
I know there is still the I&E etc to go through, but although it will be nerveracking i will feel happier now and can take that with much more ease and not be quite so scared anymore.
Good luck, enjoy the first day of your DEBT FREE FUTURE.

Thank you JO, yes it is a big weight gone off my shoulders and I have a nice bottle of plonk all to myself to toast my new future. Good luck with your interview as well and let us know how you go.
I just received a call from the OR my interview is next Tuesday quicker than expected, I think the interview and IPA is more nerve wracking than seeing the judge, he said the interview should last an hour.

| The OR informed that that he is going to write a letter immediately to the Co-OP where I have a cash minder account and inform them there is no interest in the account and he will not be freezing, he also said that the ad's would take a couple of days, should I give the Co-Op a call tomorrow and let them know? He basically said it is upto the Co-Op now if they want to keep the account open or not, obviously I want to keep the account. |
