Could any tell me what expenses are allowed in bankruptcy. I will still be self employed so there will be expenses involved in running my business, telephone,advertising,etc. But what personnel expenses are allowed. Does any of the experts have a general list somewhere.
you list what you usually spend. The OR will discuss with you any amounts that they think need altering. The basic expenses are on the form, in addition, dont forget car tax/insurance/MOT, dentist, prescriptions, tv license.
