Hi there.
I found the insolvency site helpfull and used it to fill in all my details, they are:

http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/

They also have loads of information that you can read about too.

My local CAB did not really help me so i went own my information and did it myself. I took in my form the SOA on Monday when i went BK and all had been completed as it should.
I dont know about my income and expenditure yet still waiting to hear from official receiver but other than that not as scary as i thought.
You should really speak to one of the advisers on here they are very clued up and i feel that they have more knowledge first hand than the CAB, but thats only my opinion of course.
Do make sure that you get the correct advice before you do anything as i know i did not make my decision easily.
As for the BRU/BRO's there is other recent posts about these but the insolvency site has that info too but one of the experts will be able to give you more info on that.
Take care and good luck

Hi vacs - The first thing to do is to seek advice from the CAB. They may then refer you to one of the debt charities for advice.

It depends on your circumstances as to whether the OR will consider a BRU/BRO.

The Insolvency Service website has a lot of useful information.

Also, it might help for you to look at previous threads in this forum.

Good luck and keep posting.
