Hi eamonn
unfortunately if CAB can't help I wouldn't know what to suggest re the fee's for your BR other than to suggest you wait until one of your creditors petitions for your BR instead of you.
The downside of course is that could take quite a time.In the meantime it's possible that debt collectors etc will be calling at your door and certainly the letters and calls will continue.
It may not help much but if you've absolutely no means of finding the fee, let alone paying creditors, consider changing your phone numbers asap. Letters are, at least, a little easier to deal with.

Hi Eamonn,

I know that if you are a customer of British Gas they have a charitable foundation with which Bankruptcy fees are included.
