As a discharged bankrupt, am I still able to continue with my claim for bank charges which was placed with MCOL prior to bankruptcy?

i would imagine not then, you can hardly ask your bank to write off debt and then claim back bank charges???

What do the other experts think??

Hi
I'm sure zoe is right.
As you know there is a landmark case going on at the high court regarding reclaim of bank charges. Everyone with a claim is watching and waiting for the outcome. Even if the test claim case is upheld and the banks admit liability, in BR, if you owed the bank more than you could reclaim, I don't think you would see 1p.
