| thanks john, he hasnt paid into it since he left the army in 87/88, and cant claim it until he is 60,he has got a lump some of money to come then also a monthly pension, can the or still claim it even if oh been discharged, thanks for your advice,hope your pension is safe as well ians |

once oh is discharged then the OR has no claim on the pension.
Bless you, no pension I'm afraid and I'm nearer to pensionable age than OH.

| thanks john,must say you sounded young on phone, took your advice and got house valued total shock it was £85,950 and that was market value, so maybe or will let us keep it and i can buy bi. fingers crossed, once again thanks to everyone on here, it really helps to know you are not alone |
