My previous examiner has been replaced by a new one. I understand that they need to investigate, but my new examiner keeps sending me letters asking about issues dealt with by the previous one .
e.g. as my debtswas due to gambling he asked me to provide Casinos membership numbers(which I have destroyed 2 yrs ago).
I have provided the requested 12 months bank statments and now he is asking for 3 yrs statement.
My IPA hs been agreed and I have started paying this month, but now he is asking for explanation for a discrepancy between my SOA outgoing expenditure and a month earlier expenditure sheet provided by me to a court for an attachment of earning where I put a proposal
and writting less expenditure(I wanted to avoid BR).
I can not explain these enquiries and I concerned that it may affect my BR, please give me any input about them if you can.
I needed to put a proposal for the attachment of earning similar to the one Idid for my creditors on previous non-formal negotioations,I cut down from my expenses to pay them more and avoid BR.

Hi
if you have no record of the casino membership numbers or 3yrs bank statements the OR can obtain them so don't worry it's just easier to ask you first.
The different expenditures within a month of each other is a difficult one. These are both court related documents and one of them has to be wrong. I accept your explanation for this but I'm not sure the OR will. Although I doubt you would have been asked the question if the SoA version were the lower of the two.
The worst that can happen is that your IPA may be adjusted if this examiner decides the former was over generous. You may also be asked to evidence all of the expenditures.
Your bankruptcy will stand either way but as gambling forms a part of your debt a BRU/BRO is likely which may be increased if the OR suggests by all of the above you have not "co-operated fully."
