hi, can anyone tell me how long in to BR do you hear if your going to get a BRU/BRO. i went BR april 17th and just wondered when im likely to find out IF im going to get one. also i got a letter from my trustee letting me know that he was having a meeting with my creditors on the 26th july and up to now i havent heard a thing about how it went or what they said. thanx abr

Hi abr,

it's likely you will not hear how the meeting went, as for the BRO/BRU this could happen anytime prior to discharge.

there's no fixed time period I'm afraid as it would depend on the complexities of your case and the speed at which the OR's office can deal with it.
As in any other industry, office workoad and staffing levels will also have an impact.
I would call the OR and ask, as a general question, how things are progressing.
