I failed my IVA last month and Im due to go bankrupt next week. My details have been removed from the Insolvency Register... is this normal?

it does seem strange, but I suppose if you are no longer in an IVA and yet to go BR then technically thats how it should be

If the supervisor has issued the certificate of failure then as John says this is correct.
