i am a chauffer of a disabled person i am on his insurance as he can't drive but the car is in his name so i dont know what to put on the forms as it asks if i have use of a vehicle which i do but only really for him even though if i need it other than to chauffer him about he lets me. Also i only have a cash card account it isn't a debit card will my account be frozen as my benefits and bills are paid through this account and one last thing i need to do my bankruptcy urgently but my boyfriend would like to move in to be with me and his baby i am reluctant as i dont want him to be caught up with my bankruptcy as he dosn't work due to his disability would this mean he can't live with me until im discharged or can he still move in once i have gone bankrupt any advice would be gratefully recieved may thanks emma
