Tick Tock Tick Tock........16 days til BR!

Looks like egg have now sold the debt and are probably going to go for a CCJ.

If I get one in the next 16 days, will the BR wipe it out? Can I have it removed? If not, how will affect me?

Hi DM
looks to me like you have had a letter threatening CCJ from whosoever bought the debt from Egg.
If their still only threatening I doubt they'd be in time, and even if they were the BR overrides it anyway.
