Hi DM carks it!!??? That's a new one on me....made me chuckle. Just enter "payable only on death" unless you're completing the forms online then enter zero and explain to the OR at interview.
The OR will discuss this with you so dont worry. They'll either think you are sitting on a 100k saving, or more than likely think you have made a mistake, like I was about to do. I'm sure its very common.
