selfemployed and my wages are up and down going bankrupt at moment out of work dont own anything only car on hp living with parents what is going to happen about repayments all debt is unsecured 19000 cant pay anything untill work starts could start anytime but nothing at moment

Hi
if you're going BR stop paying the unsecured payments.
You may lose the car in BR dependent on it's value and the T&C of your finance agreement.
