Hi please help, american express via newmans dca are threating to make me bankrupt i owe 10990 but they have added fees of over 3000. i have debt wirh oter creditors that i am paying via cccs dmp. i dont wnat to go bankrupt am alos paying 100 per month and have offered a voluntary charge i need urgent advice and maybe representation to negotiate with them please can you offer me any advice
Hi you need to speak to a Bankruptcy Specialist or an Insolvency Practitioner. Either one could guide you but they need full details. Both are on the list of experts on this site and each has a web link so you can contact them direct.
