I live with my partner who was renting the house we are in before I moved in. His name is on the tenancy only. The landlady is aware that I live there now but I've never had my name added. I know that the OR informs the Landlord/lady when a tenant becomes BR. Would this be the case for me as I'm not on the tenancy?
