Hi,
I am BK and tried to open a co-op cashminder account in a branch. The application was deferred, gave them ID to send to HQ.
Should I be paniking? |

Hi SL44 We wentt Br in the morning, got back called the coop and got accepted on the phone. They said they could verify us straight away. So far so good had all my stuff now come through, there is conflicting stories at the moment about the coop and accepting BR's so i am not 100% sure. When did they say they may know the answer. Did they give u a timescale of when to call back again. It may be just proceedure, also we are still on our same house maybe for some it could be if you moved out from your old home to a new address that may mean extra looking into. I would not know for sure, give them a call on Monday and see what they say. Oh im not saying you moved address just meaning that we had been in ours 13 years and maybe that why we got the straight forward acceptance. Keep us informed Jo

Hi Jo,
That's good news, I'm glad you got it sorted. I guess they are still accepting BRs then.
They said I should get a letter within a week. I've been where I am now for nearly 2 years but only recently updated my details on the electrol role. |
