Hello again, quick question i go to court on 1st sept and my ex husband to be has just informed me that he is looking to do a iva, can he do this and will it effect my bankruptcy.

im confused yet again, can anyone please advise

Hi sarah
if you're insolvent this won't happen.
If you're not then you have assets or disposable income or both, enough to pay your debts.

I'm sure you've just laughed out aloud at that as you know you don't have either.

So don't worry.

starting to panic abit now as you can tell. i just want it to be over so i can get on with life like he has done, im waiting ti move to scarborough and find new job
