hello ivafalling, the fees to petition for bankruptcy are £485. This includes the court fee and the official receiver's fee. If on income support or incapacity benefit it's less. Check with the district courthouse where you plan to file for bankruptcy for further information regarding fees, but it's £485 if employed and receiving no benefits.
