As many of you know my court date is 1st september and as it gets closer i find myself getting very very nervous, can anyone give me any tips for the day.

Hi sarah,
Other than dont panic, be on time if not a little before, dress smartly but dont worry too much about the suit and tie, make sure you have 3 copies of the SoA to take with you and be positive. It is hard I know but it will be over so quickly and then the best time is walking out of the court knowing that your not going to be bogged down with letters and calls from creditors.
I know it does not all stop same day as it take a while to filter through but it will get there and its a great feeling.

| Why do i have to take 3 copies of SOA the lady didnt tell me too when i picked forms from court and i dont have a copier, and dont know where to get copied done |

Oh they can do it there but may charge, thats why you need to take 3.
Can you not fill in online and print off 3 at home it is quite easy thats how i did mine.
