hi there,

another shop question, if for example i had £2k in my business bank account after christmas but i owed £20k and decided i had to go BR what happens to that £2k? does the bank have it as they are a creditor or does the OR retract that £2k from them and divide it up between everyone?

regards,

andy

Hi andy
the OR should get it.If the amount is frozen at the point of BR the bank may want to claim it and may actually remove it, then the outcome depends on the discussions between the bank and the OR.
The OR would certainly not leave it there.
