with regard to credit prior to BR, i have used me cards this month to purchase mobile phones (i trade on ebay,2nd job), i was in hospital at the beginning of the week with pancreatitis (sic) and the doctor told me i had to quit my secong job (ebay) as i was to have no stress, this income paid my CC debts and as i mentioned earlier i will now have to seriously consider BR.
how should i proceed with the OR.
last question of the day i promise! x

Hi andrew
the same answer I'm afraid.

If you use a card for anything other than essential living expenditure you need to make a minimum 2, preferably 3, monthly payments from the time you last used it and going BR.

Hi Andrew
When you say time frame what do you mean.
If you can make some payments then that would look better on your part.

Hi Andrew
It is up to you of course, a payment to your creditors before would look better if you have taken additional credit just prior, but dont make yourself short, as previously said the worst case scenario would be a BRU/BRO.
Dont beat yourself up over it, we have all done things that we wish we had done differently and now your trying to correct that.
Good luck mate
