hello im back again been b/r for 1 month now so far so good got my hearing on the 11 sep i was told i did not need to turn up ,, what i want to now if any one can help . i was told that my tax would be n/t 000 so my tax i earn will go to the b/r not the tax man and that because our outgoings are still high and will have to save for a deposit for when we get our letter to get out the house,they said they are not intrested in my overtime what i earn at work thats ok... is it ok 4 my wife to go back to work and get a part time job or will that effect my b/r we are not sure on that , because we still need that little extra income but appart from that all has gone well on my side, but they are after the wife now because we are joint on the mortgage and secured loan ,hope we dont have to make her b/r thanks to all sorry to addthis bit a bit late she is getting court threat letters from her peaple she owes some are final notice letters ,,hope to here from somebody about her going back to work will affect my bankruptcy has any 1 got a answer thanks |
