On the expenidture section of SoA under Mortgage and rent Im not sure what I need to out down:
Currently we are paying 1600 Mortgage per month and we are looking to give back the house as we have a large secured loan and itis in a negative equity. We are looking to pay about 1200-1400 per month rent and maybe to do this pretty soon just aftre BR if we get the timing write. As when we want to go BR we still paying 1600 do I put this figure or the future rent of maybe 1200?

Also I have read alot about the OR in this forum and talked to some advisors from various places and they all have said the that they are understanding , I was wondering has anyone have come across an OR which was extremely hard on someone. As by my understanding the whole process (as I am very new to this and have been trying to read about theses) at the end of the day its really pot luck and it all depends on the person that is assigned to us to handle our case. I was told that some of the ORs are young and on low salaries and they would not take likely to seeing for example that we pay 1005 per month for nursery which has worried me. does the whole thing depends on flexibility of OR, I know that I am being completely honest in filling my forms but as I haven't had much luck recently I am wondering am I going to get assigned a totally unreasonable OR who is going to completely damage me and my family's life on the basis of his decisions.
