Hi Andrew,

Yes i did use paypal.

And HM

It is a case of at least 4 times that you end up writing up the same information again and again.
It seemed never ending. :)
Take care

Hi Jo, you are not wrong with that one. Been at it since last Thursday!!! trouble is we have 7 houses between us and I need to make sure that we are covered if any of them go into neg eq. That means oputting them on the secured and unsecured bit ofthe SOA if I am not mistaken.

Hi HM

Yes you do need to place them all:( in the secured anad unsecured sections to be on the safe side. That in itself is sooooooooo time consuming.
I know i only had one home but about 14 creditors and about 4 or 5 credit cards along with current accounts and savings it went on and on and on and well you get the picture. :)

Keep Smiling
Jo :)

Wish I didn't have now!! Luckily with the state of the property market in North Wales we will not have too much equity in any of them.

Hi Harbourmaster,

With 7 properties, yours sounds like a very complicated case. I would suggest a quick chat with one of my colleagues on the helpline may be in order. As property is such a grey area in BR, you need to make sure you do it right or you could end up going through BR and still end up with debts!

Hi Harbourmaster,

Apologies, I was unaware you had already spoken with someone. I hope their advice was helpful!
