it asks for a list of unsecured creditors, does this include credit cards as i have already listed them on section 5.

Yes Credit cards are unsecured and it gets written in a few times on the form.

Its up to you, can you afford it, maybe a token payment just before. Its up to you. I made my last token payments to them in June about the 10th and went BR in August on the 4th.
So again its up to you mate.

| Hi Jo, you are not wrong with that one. Been at it since last Thursday!!! trouble is we have 7 houses between us and I need to make sure that we are covered if any of them go into neg eq. That means oputting them on the secured and unsecured bit ofthe SOA if I am not mistaken. |

Yes you do need to place them all:( in the secured anad unsecured sections to be on the safe side. That in itself is sooooooooo time consuming.
I know i only had one home but about 14 creditors and about 4 or 5 credit cards along with current accounts and savings it went on and on and on and well you get the picture. :)

Hi Harbourmaster,
With 7 properties, yours sounds like a very complicated case. I would suggest a quick chat with one of my colleagues on the helpline may be in order. As property is such a grey area in BR, you need to make sure you do it right or you could end up going through BR and still end up with debts!
