regular forum readers will know that i did quite a bit of selling on ebay and amazon, not much this year as i wouldnt be in this mess, will the OR hand my statements over to the taxman as to all intents and purposes he/ahe cant get blood out of a stone, i will be BR'd by then. andrew
It is highly unlikely the OR will give your statements to anyone, least of all HMRC so I wouldn't worry. Perhaps Suzanne can confirm this as she used to be an examiner?
