hi i went bankcrupt on 28th august.wasnt half as bad as id thought.after not sleeping hardly for about a year i feel that im a step closer to getting sorted.ive just one question if anyone could help me out please? i borrowed the money for the bankcrupty fee from my friend and want to pay her back asap and wondered how long on average it will be until i have to make the first payment in to my bankcruptcy?i dont have to pay any debts now this month so i can afford to give her a chunk out of this months wages but could really do with one more month to pay her the other half.thanks x

Hi

there's no hard and fast rule here i'm afraid.
As you went BR late last month i think you have a 50/50 chance of the IPA starting after your September payday.
