Hi, It is a year since I went bankrupt and went onto NT tax code, I am still on this...sending my tax to OR/Trustees each month. I have to pay an IPA for 3 years. Do I have to keep informing OR/Trustee of changes in income/circumstances...i.e if my boyfriend moves in contributing to house hold.

Hi
if you were given an NT tax code best part of a year ago that should have ceased 31/03/2008 as it's only supposed to apply until the end of the tax year you went bankrupt in.

Yes you should inform the OR of all changes in your I&E throughout the term of the IPA.
