I,m not a resident in England instead I,m a work permit visa hoilder from the Philippines I,ve got loan from HSBC I can not pay it anymore bec. my work permit has been cancelled and I,m not allowed to work anymore and I,m ready to go back home my problem is my loan. Am I eligible to declare bankruptcy? Thanks.

Hi
as long as you have been resident in the UK for a minimum 6 months then you can declare bankruptcy.
