Hi there, after missing my main creditor 3 payments, i am now becoming worried as to how long i have left to get my papers to the court!

I have never missed any payments, until i was advised by CCCS that bankruptcy was the answer to my debt problem. (and only to make token payments)

My first missed payment was in May, so i am in my fourth month now.. I obtained a social fund loan which i was initially putting to my BR...but! i ended up buying a second hand washer and dryer, as mine stopped working, and started leaking!

So i basically i have to find the money out of my benifits, how much longer do i have to find the money? IDEALLY!

I dont want the OR thinking i dragged my feet

Hi Demmidot04,

It depends on your creditors. It won't be too long before they either commence recovery action or sell the debt on to a debt collection agency. I would sugegst maybe another 2 months maximum (although you'll still get hassle with phone calls etc in the meantime).
