if the dwp are still as they are saying trying to deal with this as a fraudualnt claim, been going on 18 mths now, can i still go bankrupt with them, and am i entitled to see any evidence they say they have?

I would suggest you clear up the claim first as this is a criminal matter rather than civil and I understand that they could pursue you afterwards
