Hi, I'm just trawling slowly through the SOA forms and nervously trying to get it right. Can anyone help me with the following questions I have so far.... Question 3.6 Payment to creditors: I have been on a Debt Management Plan with Payplan for the past year. Should I include the payments to them? Question 3.9. Car owner: I have been working for my partners business (estate agency!) and the business supplies me with company car on lease. Is the owner the company I work for or the Lease Company? Also would the lease company be advised of my BR and is it likely that they would not allow me to keep the car? Questions 8.2 and 8.3. I live with my partner in the house that he rents. He is on the tenancy but I am not. I do pay him for my share of the rent though. The questions asks for details of the property you own or rent. Im not sure whether it's more truthfull to say I rent it as I do contribute or whether to say I dont rent as I'm not on the tenancy? Soo confusing!!!
I would list the payments made to the DMP, i think thats right as you have been in an agreement.
As for the car i would say the Company but not 100% sure on that. As for letting you keep it that would be down to them.
I would list the property and add a note to say maybe section 13 to say that your not on the tenancy but do contribute towards the cost..

Hi Jo, Thanks for that. I havent got a date yet. I wanted to go through all the forms first and make sure I fully understand what Im going into before I make that call! Scared to death!!!
It can seem pretty scary, but if you do chose that road then i canassure you that for me i am soooooooo glad that i did the deed.
