I am on benefits, but do have use of a car but it is not mine, however was put in my name for street permit purposes so it can be parked in my street, as I cant go on public transport a lot of the time due to mental health problems. It is my little boys dads car, bought with money from his mums account (about 2500)I dont want to get anyone else in trouble.
Hi the V5 registration document being in your name is not proof of ownership. You would,however, need to be able to show documented evidence that your son's grandmother or father is the legal owner.
