2 weeks in and we recieved 2 letters. One from Nationwide and the other from Halifax, both advising the closure of our accounts as they "dont do Bankrupts!".
Not surprised by The Halifax as they are a creditor, but the Nationwide are being a bit over-cautious. We only have a cash-card account. No debit card of any sort, just the good old cash machine. Dont owe them (and never have) a single penny!
Oh well, doesnt matter anyway as we have our Co-Op accounts now. Just wait to hear what our main account (Llyods) say (NOT a creditor either), again, doesnt really matter as we plan to close it when we split and have just our co-op accounts.

Hi TD
I believe I'm right in saying that the Halifax and Natwest are part of the same group of companies owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland.

If this is right that's probably why Natwest have followed suit.
