can anyone spare a few moments to help me with my debtors petition?
the legal jargon in the 2nd part has me flummoxed, i may just arrive in court early and ask the clerk what the terms mean?

Hi andrew

Which bit do you mean
You will be filling in the debtors petition its the SoA that we take.
Is that what you want to know.

So that should be all you need, the forms that we needed to take are all online and the SoA is there and that is all you need plus your fees to take to the court.
Just double check how many you need to take as we had to take 3 copies.

That 2 x 3 is that both of your forms? Ring your court and double check some you do some you dont.

You will be fine, honestly. I know where your coming from though, 6 weeks today we went BR and i can still remember the day of feeling really C**p and my nerves getting the better of me, but when i got home the feeling of relief just came over me and wow i felt great.
I felt even better once i called 2 of our biggest creditors who on the phone said "are you calling to make a payment" to which i replied with great glee, i know, but just had to "No im ringing to tell you i am now BANKRUPT" that was the best part for me.
